(1) If the sender wishes to withdraw the amount of the check without payment of the check to the receiver, the amount will be paid back to the sender.

However, the commission on the check will not be refunded.
(2) If the sender wants to change the recipient after the check has not been paid, he can apply to the post office that understands the amount of the check by opening the name and address of the new recipient. If the recipient is changed in that way, the commission for the check will have to be resubmitted.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), the post office shall not be liable if the payment of the check to the payee cannot be stopped due to delay or any other reason after applying to withdraw the amount of the check or to have the check paid to another person instead of the payee.
